Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre has launched Le Carré by Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, a new catering service for events and celebrations in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. Le Carré offers what the company describes as “world-class catering with personalised service and Four Seasons expertise for business, social and wedding events”.
Le Carré – “The Square” – is inspired by the French tradition of culinary excellence and passion for perfection. The service is led by Senior Executive Chef Lucas Glanville and his diverse culinary team and event professionals, including Saudi chefs. They create customized menus and programming for memorable occasions.
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh has catered for special events such as the Diriyah E-Prix Formula E Championship, the Future Investment Initiative Institute forum, and Riyadh Season, a months-long celebration of Saudi culture.

Clients of Le Carré can consult with the culinary team to shape menus, service, table settings, and more. On the event day, a talented team with a lead chef and culinary assistants will work out of the venue to deliver a unique dining experience with sourced ingredients, luxurious tableware, and impeccable service.
