We are determined to showcase the unique beauty and rich culture of this region while championing sustainable tourism practices,” he shared.
This commitment to sustainability isn’t just talk. With 36 guest rooms and 40 pool villas, the design maximises the picturesque views of the dunes and wadi. British architectural firm Foster + Partners, known for their eco-friendly designs, has left their distinctive mark on the resort. Sustainability is more than a buzzword for Six Senses; it’s a practice embedded in their operations. As a step towards this, the resort aims to become the first LEED Platinum resort in Saudi Arabia.

Furnishings inspired by traditional Bedouin dresses, workshops at the Earth Lab that breathe life into conservation concepts, and a culinary journey guided by the philosophy of Eat With Six Senses. In an exclusive interview with Neil Jacobs, the group CEO of Six Senses, he shared his insights and excitement about this ambitious project. “We’re extremely excited about what’s transpiring in the kingdom. While we’re part of the Red Sea development, our distinction lies in our unique positioning—away from the water and deep into the enchanting desert landscape,” Jacobs enthused.
