Hilton has expanded its luxury portfolio in Saudi Arabia with the opening of The Hotel Galleria Jeddah, part of the group’s Curio Collection, marking the brand’s debut in the country. This newly unveiled hotel, situated on the bustling Tahlia Street known for its premium retail and dining outlets, is designed to serve as a nexus for discerning travellers seeking a sophisticated stay in Jeddah.
Curio Collection by Hilton comprises a selection of 160 hotels worldwide, chosen for their unique character and positioned in prime destinations. The brand promises bespoke experiences alongside the benefits of the Hilton Honors program. The opening of The Hotel Galleria Jeddah emerges as a strategic move by Hilton, in partnership with SEDCO Holding, to cater to the evolving needs of Saudi Arabia’s tourism and hospitality sectors. The hotel offers 363 guest rooms, including 99 suites, and is located within a short drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport and close to key commercial areas in the city.
Inspired by Milan’s esteemed Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the hotel reflects the iconic Italian mall’s architecture and is expected to draw guests with its variety of dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty steakhouse, a rooftop pool outlet, a lobby lounge, and a chocolatier and coffee boutique.
Rayyan Nagadi, CEO of SEDCO Holding, stated that the new hotel aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to diversify the country’s tourism offerings. Hilton’s Fawaz Moumina highlighted the significance of the opening as part of the brand’s expansion in the region, emphasizing Jeddah’s role as a key business and leisure destination.
The Hotel Galleria Jeddah is set to enhance the guest experience with dedicated spa facilities, extensive retail space, a ballroom, and multiple conference rooms, catering to both leisure and corporate guests.
The property is part of the Hilton Honors program, offering direct booking benefits to members, including Wi-Fi access and flexible payment options. Members using the Hilton Honors app can also enjoy digital amenities such as room selection, check-in, and Digital Key access.
