Luxury resort for KAEC

King Abdullah Economic City has signed an agreement with Vivienda to develop a new luxury resort, adding to Vivienda’s six prime locations in the Kingdom.

The agreement involves the sale of 29,000 square meters of land by KAEC to Vivienda for the development of their resort. The resort will offer a mix of 60 keys boutique hotel, 20 luxury villas and 24 serviced apartments, all designed to provide guests with maximum privacy, comfort, and impeccable service.

The resort will also feature bespoke amenities and facilities such as restaurants, outdoor pools, recreational lounges and gyms. Moreover, guests will be able to enjoy personalised services such as in-villa dining, chauffeurs, a dedicated butler service, and concierge.

The resort will be located on a stunning shoreline spanning 275 meters, overlooking the pristine waters of the Red Sea. The resort will enhance the tourism sector in KAEC, which is a multi-faceted lifestyle residential communities, tourist, entertainment, and leisure destination catering to visitors and residents of all ages.

KAEC is an emerging destination centrally situated on the Saudi Arabian coast of the Red Sea.

Located a short distance north of the commercial capital Jeddah, KAEC is a 185-square kilometer city anchored by King Abdullah Port—recently named by the World Bank as the most efficient port in the world—and KAEC Industrial Valley, which is focused on developing the Kingdom’s logistics and light manufacturing capacities. Over 100 multinational and Saudi companies have already established a home in KAEC.
