NEOM further underlines sustainable hospitality

NEOM Hotel Division, tasked with developing a hospitality ecosystem to support NEOM’s ambitious goals, has become the 50th member of The World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance. The Alliance, now comprising 50 members, brings together leaders from the hospitality industry to tackle significant challenges affecting the planet, people, and places globally.

Focused on creating and operating future-oriented, sustainable hotels, NEOM Hotel Division aligns with the Alliance’s belief in the power of collaboration to drive solutions in the hospitality sector and foster a more sustainable future.

A major contribution from NEOM Hotel Division will be the pilot of the innovative Net Positive Hospitality Academy, a sustainable training system introduced at the Alliance’s 2023 Autumn Summit. This cutting-edge online platform aims to provide every hospitality department with scalable knowledge assets, tools, and modules, equipping professionals with the skills and resources needed to effect meaningful change in the industry.

Together, we can make a tangible impact on the hotel industry. NEOM Hotel Division is at the forefront of our industry’s sustainability innovation journey to lead all hotels towards Net Positive Hospitality. Additionally, they mark an important milestone as our first member headquartered in Saudi Arabia.”
