A wide range of world-class attractions and experiences for residents and visitors are set to be launched at a spectacular new entertainment centre in Almadinah. The project has been announced by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
The destination, which covers over 100,000 square metres of land next to King Fahad Central Park, will feature a family entertainment centre, an e-karting track, a Discovery Adventures centre, a Play-Doh entertainment centre, a cinema with IMAX and VIP screens, a bowling alley, a wellness centre, and various retail and dining outlets.
It is part of SEVEN’s ambitious plan to invest more than €12bn to create 21 entertainment destinations across 14 cities in the Kingdom, in line with the region’s strategy to improve the living conditions of people and revitalize the region’s communities.
Abdullah AlDawood, Chairman of SEVEN, said: “Our entertainment destination in Almadinah will transform the entertainment landscape of the region and bring new, unique, and exciting experiences to the people of Almadinah supporting SEVEN’s aims to enrich the quality of life for millions of Saudis.”
The entertainment destination in Almadinah is expected to open in 2024 and will provide an oasis of fun and entertainment for all ages.
Construction is already underway with BUJV, a joint venture by Al Bawani Co. Ltd. and UrbaCon Trading & Contracting, who have been appointed to carry out the construction works.
