The highly anticipated teamLab Borderless museum, a collaborative initiative between the Saudi Ministry of Culture and the renowned art collective teamLab Group, opens its doors on June 10, 2024. Located in the Jeddah Historic District, this will be the first permanent teamLab museum in the Middle East, offering a revolutionary blend of art and technology.
teamLab Borderless is a world of artworks without boundaries, a museum without a map created by art collective teamLab. Artworks move out of rooms, relate to other works, influence each other, and at times intermingle, without boundaries. Through this group of works, one continuous world without boundaries is created.
Spanning 10,000 square metres by the picturesque Lake Al-Arbaeen, the teamLab Borderless Jeddah museum provides breathtaking views of the UNESCO-listed Jeddah Historic District and the Red Sea coast. This prime location not only enhances the visitor experience but also underscores the museum’s connection to Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural heritage.
